IMS provides student support services that meet the needs of the students.
Orientation programme for all newly-enrolled students to:
- Disseminate and reiterate important course information
- Inform students of their rights in grievance and dispute resolution procedures, fee protection scheme)
- Inform students of course deferment/extension criteria and procedures, suspension and expulsion conditions; and
- Information for awarding the certificate
- Refund policy and procedure
- Transfer & withdrawal policy and procedure
- Medical Insurance Scheme requirement
- Deferment policy and procedure
- Grievance policy and handling procedure
- Exam Appeal policy and Procedure
Facilities and programmes that IMS may provide for their students to enrich their educational experience:
- Wireless Internet connection
- Academic assistance to students (e.g. language programmes)
