Student Support Services

IMS provides student support services that meet the needs of the students.

Orientation programme for all newly-enrolled students to:

  • Disseminate and reiterate important course information
  • Inform students of their rights in grievance and dispute resolution procedures, fee protection scheme)
  • Inform students of course deferment/extension criteria and procedures, suspension and expulsion conditions; and
  • Information for awarding the certificate
  • Refund policy and procedure
  • Transfer & withdrawal policy and procedure
  • Medical Insurance Scheme requirement
  • Deferment policy and procedure
  • Grievance policy and handling procedure
  • Exam Appeal policy and Procedure

Facilities and programmes that IMS may provide for their students to enrich their educational experience:

  • Wireless Internet connection
  • Academic assistance to students (e.g. language programmes)

CPE Advisory Note

Students must read and understand the Advisory Note (FORM 12) before signing the Standard Student Contract CPE Student Advisory Note

Standard Student Contract:
CPE requires the school to brief the students on the Standard PEI-Student Contract
